- Guidance to obtain wedding venue and wedding vendors
- Initiation of vendor introduction via email to set up appointments for clients. Vendors based on their availability.
- Review of all vendor contracts
- Attendance to all vendor meetings.
- 2 hour rehearsal, time. Planning and maintaining of all what to-do list of wedding related tasks.
- 10 to 12 hours on the wedding day.
- Total of lead planner with two assistants.
- Take care of any last minute details such as distribution of final payments, and or tips to all vendors on wedding day
